“Nathalie’s Chair Yoga Teacher Training Course was fantastic. I had learnt some elements of Chair Yoga in my 200Hr, but I gained a much deeper understanding from this course, exploring many of the complexities surrounding holding a chair yoga class that I may not have initially thought of. Each of the videos were presented in a way that was very easy to watch, and understand. Nathalie was approachable and gave really helpful feedback really quickly. I have come away from this course feeling really confident teaching my Chair Yoga Classes. Would highly recommend. ”
“I’ve loved my chair yoga training with Nathalie & Live Love Yoga. The course was incredibly well set out, providing so much information to share with my students. I particularly liked the reminder that so much of yoga can be practiced in a chair and it’s given me lots of ideas to take into my regular yoga classes too.”
“Nathalie’s chair yoga teacher training has been so enjoyable to study. I feel really confident to teach chair yoga and she’s given me lots of additional support to get some classes set up. Thank you Nathalie!”
